Activ helped me to gradually increase my strength & endurance!

Goals when started training:

  • I have started mostly to enhance my physical health and overall energy levels. However, have realized during these 2 years that regular exercise can lead to health and mental benefits as well 😊 such as better heart health, improved immune function, and increased mobility.
  • Another common goal is to manage weight and body composition. Started with the aim to lose weight, while achiev- ing it, redirected my focus on building muscle and toning my body 😊 still working on my abs 😊

When I started at the gym, I could barely do a single push-up. Through consistent training and the guidance of my trainers, I gradually increased my strength and endurance. Recently, I completed 300 time at Active 😊. They pushed me to keep striving for greatness.
