Topping Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 2 organic eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of goat cheese cream with spices
- a little salt
- some ground black pepper
- some red chili pepper
Preparation
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, spread the pesto in the pan.
Once the pesto is heated, add the eggs on top.
Add some salt, pepper and red chili pepper. Cook the eggs for 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the bread and spread the goat cheese cream on it.
Remove the eggs from the pan and place them on the toast.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
