Eating more protein suppresses cravings for sweets. People in this category consume about 100 grams of protein per day. This helps them feel more energetic and keeps hunger away. To achieve this, you need to add about 3-4 pieces of meat/fish (the size of your palm) per day.

I allowed myself to consume something that the body requires. Eating chocolates, chips, ice cream or whatever comes to mind is not a sin! The secret is just to eat it in the right portion. This does not take you away from the goals you have set for yourself for your body.
