A nutritious recipe that you can use for breakfast and as a snack to take with you to work.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- ½ cup crushed walnuts
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon clove powder
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 pears cut into small pieces
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
In a large container, mix oats, walnuts, baking powder, salt and clove powder.
In a medium bowl, mix milk, oil and vanilla powder.
Put the obtained mass from the medium container into the large container.
Add the pears, mixing them lightly so that they are not damaged.
Put the whole mixture in a baking dish.
Let it bake in the oven for 45-55 min until it acquires a brown color.
