The quick answer is, no – and I’ll explain why.
Creating a caloric deficit is the single most effective method (and the only method) for weight loss… It means that every weight loss diet or exercise plan you go on is designed for a caloric deficit, whether they tell you or not.
There is no magic with weight loss plans.
Do not eat after 7:00 pm? This creates a caloric deficit.
Avoid eating carbohydrates and eat fats and proteins? This creates a caloric deficit.
Fasting? – this creates a caloric deficit.
So before you worry about “your metabolism” or “the best time to exercise,” know that the path to your goal is to be in a caloric deficit (and there are ways to do it).
It’s all about finding what works for your lifestyle.
In short, focus on your stamina.
If you’re more consistent on a full stomach than an empty stomach in your workouts, go for it.
While a caloric deficit is the only way to lose weight…the exercise and fitness part is the secret to moving better, feeling better, and will help make it easier to keep the weight off.
I hope to serve you.
