Salad Ingredients

➖1 cup sliced cucumber

Sauce Ingredients (Dressing)
➖1/4 cup of tahini (see at the end of the post if you don’t find it ready)
➖2 tablespoons of olive oil
➖2 tablespoons of honey
➖1 lemon (squeezed)
➖2 tablespoons of water
➖salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

How to prepare tahini?
For tahini, you need 200 grams of sesame and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend in a blender until a fine powder is obtained. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
