🦐2 kg cleaned shrimp 🧄4
minced garlic cloves
🌶️1 teaspoon chili pepper
🧂1/2 teaspoon salt
🍋1 medium lime
🫙1 cup crushed tortillas
🍃1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
🫒1 / 4 cups of olive oil
🍅 1 cup of small tomatoes cut in half
🥑 Half an avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the first 7 ingredients in a pan previously painted with oil. Grate the rind of the lime and then cut it in half and squeeze the juice. Add the lime zest and juice to the shrimp mixture.
In a small bowl, toss the crushed tortillas with the oil and pour over the shrimp mixture. Bake until the shrimps are fried, i.e. 12-15 minutes 🕒. Top with tomatoes and avocado.
